It may very well be a good cause, but if she tries to sell tickets to a raffle quilt up here in New England with proceeds going to a Virginia university project that no one has heard of, she won't do well at all...let alone at $5 per ticket. Makes much more sense to hold the raffle at the school, imho. Let them worry about the price of tickets and the whole legal end of it as well.
