Preheat Oven. Get bowl, spoons and ingredients. Grease pan, crack nuts, remove 18 blocks and 7 trucks from kitchen table. Measure 2 cups flour, remove son's hand from flour, wash flour off of him. Measure 1 more cup o fflour to replace flour on the floor.
Put flour, baking powder and salt in sifter. Get dust pan and sweep up peices of bowl, which son knocked on floor. Get another bowl. Wash son. Answer doorbell...only neighbor kids. Get out eggs. Answer phone. Return. Find greased pan. Remove salt from pan. Look for kids.
Get another pan and grease it. Answer the phone. Return to kitchen and find son and neighbor's kids. Remove hands from bowl. Wash shortening off kids, pick up the greased pan and find 1/4 inch layer of nut shells in it.
Track down kids who keep getting into cake batter. Wash kitchen floor, Wash table. Wash walls. Wash dishes. Send neighbors kids home. Wash Son.
Call the bakery and lie down.
