As for the job, I don't know how it works where you live but in Indiana your unemployment is based on prior earnings so if Rusty takes this job and then it doesn't wotk out will hie unemployment be even lower ? Last year in an effort to keep wotking I took a HUGE paycut and when /if I ever have to collect it will drastically reduce my benefits. And as others have suggested can Rusty make a counter offer ? Its sad that so many companies(people) are offering such low wages because so many people are out of work and they feel people are desperate for work they will take anything ! That is true, here in WA state they go back something like 14 months and then do their calculations on what your unemployment benefit amount will be. Oh my, they just need to do some adjusting and pay Rusty more money!!!!!
