I don't know about you but I would be. I have been in WV for the last 2 weeks (going home tomorrow) and there is a place called The Fabric Hut. Looks really run down, building in bad shape. Went in there to see if they had some embroidery thread for a Red work that I'm doing (they did) and found the neatest piece of fabric for $5.49 per yard. It is a off white/tan swirled print (hard to describe) Perfect for some winter scenes I'll be making. Bought 1 yard that day and went back today and bought 2 more yards. And also some civil war prints at 3.49 yard. I'd probably have paid $9 per yard at a LQS. You never know what you'll find in these off the road shops
