They are ALL cut in the same method and the tute cutebuns posted is the easiest way to go.
The only difference in OBW is that you sew them together in threes before you sew the long vertical stips together. There is no other fabric in between the hexagon blocks as in SnW.
You can also use this easy method for cutting fan blades, Dresden plates, and both 6- and 8-pointed stars and the 4-patch stacker blocks.
