To me it looks like they got hit in the mouth. I agree, it's not attractive. The other thing I find distracting is the fake little permanent smile. Doesn't look natural at all. Poster children for not having plastic surgery: Dolly Parton, Lisa Rhinna, Lisa Marie Presley. And on the male side, Wayne Newton and Kenny Rogers. They remind me of Howdy Doody.
