It has the colors of almost all of the other fabrics and it also has black. It would also have yellow in it.

I agree, that fabric would look really good as a binding.
That fabric would be my first choice, or a similar black & white. Or a red print, same red color as in some of the pinwheel blades, because that would set off the yellow centers and, really, the whole design. And I love the quilting--it finishes your piecing instead of competing with it.
