We are still on our extended vacation in the New England area when I got a text today from my "quilt fairy". She wanted to let me know that the quilts I left with her to put in our local quilt show had won some awards. The quilt in my avatar won Best of Show. I had a round robin quilt that me & two of my friends did and it won Judge's Choice, my challenge quilt won 2nd and my version of "over the river" won third place. I was in tears "happy tears" by the time I finished reading the text from her. I am posting from my iPad so don't have pics I can post now but will post them when we get back home. Just had to share my happy news.
