One doc told me to exercise but DO NOT WALK - I mentioned this to other docs and their eyes got big as saucers. I was told I have fibromyalgia, degenerative arthritis. high blood pressure, bone spurs, osteoporosis, and was told that tests need to be made (nucleur -sp) is next because of a question in my heart. None of the docs I have gone to agree on ANYTHING. The weight I have been carrying is causing or contributing to this variety of problems. So - Tuesday, I started what I call the Arthritis Diet. Fruits and Vegetables for the first week. I have lost 9 pounds so far. Drink ALOT of water. And Tuesday night when The BIGGEST LOSER comes on, I will record my weight until the next Tuesday. Each week a new exercise will be introduced. Now - KEEPING it off scares me. Sugar is poison to me - dairy (and bananas) make my stomach burn like the devil. 2 cups of coffee at the maximum in the morning.
