Nope. I lost and regained the same weight for 25 years ! I think i've finally given up and will try to work on having a positive outlook instead. I do zumba 3 times a week and walk the dogs everyday, so i think i'll try to be healthy and not worry to much about being thin. After all, if we all looked like supermodels then they wouldn't look so good! I'm doing my good deed by providing a counterbalance !
