I lost 45 lbs and kept it off for two years - now I'm 2 lbs over and frantic to try to not gain more and undo everything. I walk 3 miles most days and have now added strength training (with light weights) to try and drop those two lbs. I did weight watchers and still follow it on-line. I changed my eating and now eat way more fruits and vegetables than I used to. Hope that encourages you because it CAN be done and you will feel empowered by your success!
