The other blocks in the pattern are only 6-1/2. I just thought an 11 inch block in each corner (hence, an 11" border) was a bit much.... May I should wait to assemble the rest of it and then see what it looks like?
Do others use blocks in a quilt based on the name of the block for sentimetal reasons or am I reading WAY too much into this....lol?
