It has NOTHING to do with the site. It's just an ad trying to sucker you in. It isn't a site sponsored survey of any kind. (There are two of them, so watch out. The referee one you mentioned, and another one that just says TAKE OUR SURVEY in big red letters.)
If they wanted info from us for anything, Patrice would post a thread about it.
