You just boil any amount of eggs that you want and when cool, peel them. You then cut the eggs length wise and separate the white from the yolk. Take the cooked yolk and mash them in a bowl. I then add mayonnaise by small spoonfuls until you get the consistency that you want (some people like their eggs drier then others - I like my medium moist), I add a couple of spoonfuls of hotdog relish and then add mustard (French’s) to taste along with salt and pepper to taste. Then you can either scoop the mixture back into the cooked egg whites or use a pastry bag to pipe into the egg white. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Everyone loves my deviled eggs and never get enough.
