I paid $10 for a 1948,15-90. Mine actually looks better. I cleaned it up, did a few minor repairs myself and it runs like a dream. They wanted $35 but I could not get the wheel to turn all of the way around. I wasn't going to take it so they offered it to me for $10 in the cabinet. I couldn't let it go to the dump for that. Later, I found the wheel would not turn because the spool pin on top was stuck in the wrong hole not allowing the gears to turn.
