Every time I see a hand crank machine, I think this same thing. How do you sew while cranking with one hand and holding whatever you are sewing with the other ... maybe even having to remove pins as you go? And what if you are left handed? I think sometimes people get a child or friend to crank for them but how about if no one is around? Inquiring minds want to know.
