Do you have a manual? If so it has a pretty good picture of loading the bobbin case. On the Featherweight it really is easy. Hold the bobbin case in your left hand, put the bobbin into the case with the thread coming up over the top of the bobbin counterclockwise. One the bobbin is in pull the thread down & up against the thread guid on the case until you hear it "snap" into place. Pull the thread & make sure the bobbin rotates counterclockwise. Hold the little lever out on the bobbin case and pop the whole thing back into the machine. If you need help, need a manual, or anything else, just let us know. Any one of us will gladly help you so that you can continue to enjoy sewing on your FW.
