I would like it to be cold, my house gets too warm to do much baking, even with A/C on during spring and fall. Thanksgiving is a big baking time, DGS will be with us then and first one in years. I can put cooled pies in my truck to further cool, so I would like at least temps in the upper 30s. I hate heat and can always stay warm in cold weather.
