you always have to PRESS the pieces aside to cut away the part that is not needed...believe me Finger pressing does not always work, especially if you have spots where a lot of seams come together...

I also find the MINI is best at applying fusible bias pieces, small bits of fusible to appliques and MORE...if you have a tight or tiny spot to iron the clover MINI is your iron!
