Water came rushing down the road and straight down our driveway into the garage and down into the basement. Like a flash flood; ended up with 3 ft of water in total, ruined the sheet rock, had to replace 4 feet up. What a job!
As I said, in 25 years living here, we never experienced anything like it, but over 12 inches of rain in under 6 hours can do alot of damage.
