During my first marriage my ex was not a hunter but anytime he had to be gone I was so happy....of course I was in an abusive relationship for over 11 years with him. But have recently re-married an avid hunter/gunsmith so now I actually miss my love when he is gone!! (thats a good feeling btw!! Lol) However, we both love to shoot and do that together alot and at his request I taught him to sew and he has now made most of his hunting clothes and they look great! He has since decided that he will master making himself an Oxford dress shirt! ( that is when he has time amidst his gun related projects and hunting!) Venison saves us tons of money on meat so I can't wait for him to go hunting.....however I sure do miss him and am always happy when he gets back home!!
