I, also, take Zicam and it does work great. I seldom have a cold, perhaps one every 3 or 4 yrs., but when I know I'm coming down or even think I am getting a cold, out comes the Zicam. When I do have one I usually end up with pneumonia or in the hospital. I can't take chances. Of course the usual extra things such as rest, liquids, etc. Don't forget the flu shots. Have already had mine.
