Sorry for the duplicate post. Some clicking problem. I forgot to say, they keep the quilt forever. One soldier that had a head injury wouldn't let go of his quilt. They let him keep it throughout his treatment. It helped him feel secure and warm. Some say it helps them heal faster to feel supported and loved. So little to give for someone in such need.
