I still make cookies, but I use soy or sun butter. The baked goods taste the same to me. Walmart has a soy butter that is very close to the taste of peanut butter. Also be sure to check out http://www.peanutfreeplanet.com for peanut and nut free goodies. We place a big order 3 or 4 times a year.
