Working on a new quilt project, I cut 4 key triangle components the wrong way. Oh noooo! Then I wondered what else I could do with my fabric units.

I created two table toppers with alternate color schemes. They are about 27" long.

Then, still in a curious mode, I laid them out end to end. (not sewn together yet). Well, that is interesting!

Don't know exactly what I'll do with this yet, but it was a good distraction while I came to terms with the fact I couldn't continue with the original pattern because of my mistake. Not enough fabric left to start over.

I think I will figure out some way to supplement the sides of the long runner. Any ideas?
