Well tell her you'll do your best and show her one you finished. However I'd get machine first or at least a deposit for fabric. Tell her once you finish and make the trade you'll give money back. You don't want to spend your money then she says nevermind. Or let her buy fabric. Depending on machine maybe just trade your labor for the machine.
