What an odd request. Making a quilt can be so much more valuable than the machine she is selling. I would at least ask what she had in mind. If for no other reason, out of shear curiosity.
When someone found out I quilted, she asked if I ever sold my quilts and I told her no, that I am no where good enough to do that. I just make it for people that I care about.
