when he gets home from the lake he brings in an armload of dirty scurffy clothes, says , these are dirty, where do you want them? and proceeds to the washer and dumps them on the floor, which is fine EXCEPT the dirty clothes basket is 2 steps to the left of the washer! That basket has been in the same spot for 15 yrs now! sharet
DH has never expected me to do his laundry, why should he? and I can't imagine doing another adults laundry unless they were sick or had no way to do it themselves. My kids started doing their laundry by age 8. Now that you can buy laundry sheets that you toss in the washer, there is no mess or measuring so no excuses. I do the bed changing wash, only because I want those rinsed twice so I do it myself.
