I used a machine with a knee pedal many years ago and liked it. I find the foot pedal a pain as it keeps moving on me. And, when sewing a long time it seems to affect my foot being in that position so long. I think I'd like the knee pedal back.
I had the same problem until I turned my foot feed around backwards. Now I rest my foot when I stop. No foot cramps. Those hurt like the dickens, don't they.
