That is quite a find! I think it should be out being enjoyed too. You can sometimes find true vintage fabric on ebay if you want to match the era of the fabrics. BUT, I don't care what quilt "historians" say. Old quilts don't become new just because you replace a border or use thread made in the last 60 years.
