Update,
Yes the dealer would replace it only I am told BL does not have anymore as they have discontinnued. Offered to upgrade to the Serenade if I pay the difference.
It is now off to BL for a complete rehaul, I did not pay for a refurbished machine!
I am hoping BL will determine it is defective and upgrade at no cost. Waiting.....
I did talk to BL, they won't replace until they see the machine.
