It's a little wobbly, the works are a little gummy, there is one brace missing on one of the drawers. The handle is missing from the cover, and there isn't a key. There are no accessories.

But...it has the shuttle, it runs (gummy, but runs). It's just too darn cute. Serial F3196399, a 128k out of Clydebank, 120,000 allotted, date late 1912.
