I made this with 1 fat qtr...no cutting required...sew inside out - fill with rice and your favorite tea herbs. sew opening. Heat for 2-3 mins. in microwave. Throw on feet and enjoy...ohhhh so warm.
I will sew together scraps and sew them into rice pillows for gifts.
