Doris is digging into her scraps to make the most beautiful quilts. I think this is the 3rd or 4th one this year and she tells me her scrap box is still full. I freehanded the quilting using white and a light purple thread. Hobbs poly batting was used to give it a slight puff and, since it is a large quilt, I wanted to use a light weight batting.
