We had a cat who would start off with a gentle pat on the cheek, if that didn't work he'd move onto a little poke with a nail, and if THAT didn't work, would go poop on the carpet. He knew I was the one who took care of him, so I was the one who got this adorable treatment. After the 3rd or 4th time wtih the poop treatment, I told DH he had to go. The cat, I mean. Hmm, maybe I made the wrong one leave... JK

I've been a cat lover since I was little. Dad used to tuck the kittens in his denim jacket and bring them to the house to show me as soon as they were old enough to leave the nest in the barn. I blame him for the endless stuggle with fur that we have had since then. Now both DD's are cat lovers, too. Both say that they will be crazy old cat ladies like me. I think that's a compliment?
