Hi...I have just made a small applique quilt...and I have used a number of the the fancy stitches on my Janome 6600....I love playing around...I used a small snowflake stitch/ flower stitch/ blanket stitch...funny uneven satin stitch as well as doing zig zag, satin and FMQ and stitch in the ditch...I think having the option to decorate is great. Play with the stitch length and width...it can give sone really plesant stitches
