I am quilting this top for my grandson for a graduation gift that he will get at Christmas, so he can use it during the last half of his senior year. My question is, should I do the ovals only going up and down the quilt, or should I also do them going across. I am showing the penciled diagram and some of the quilting that I have done.

Thanks for all help and advice. Always good to have so many minds to help me make up mine.

This is the pencil sketch of going up and down, or adding the going across stitching You will have to click on the download to get it to show up. sorry about that.
