okay I finally made one and love it so now I want to make as gifts. My question is what is the most time you can put them in the micro. I have a 1000 watt oven and have used it up to 3 and 1/2 min. I would hate to give them and it flames up . so if I could put instructions on them with the time limit warning would be great.
