OK... since I was the one who gave the tutorial on these, I have left mine in for 10 minutes and had NO problems. As I stated in my tut.... YOU MUST use 100% of everything just like erstan947 said. I also have a high watt microwave. If you use batting made with polyester you will have problems with it.
