It has the wrong manual for it - you have a 319! :)
The "typewriter keys" for selecting the stitches is the indication that this is the 319. It's in the same "family" as the 206 and 306.
It takes 206x13 needles which are available as modern stock only in sizes 12 & 14. You can sometimes find new old stock in other sizes, but they will likely be pricey.
It takes ordinary low-shank attachments and the flat type of disks for additional stitch designs.
This machine was made in black, green or tan - and possibly white?
I have a German-made 316 which fits into this family except that it takes the standard 15x1 needle. It's a treadle, at the moment, so that I can sew even during power outages. :)
