This a a halloween wall hanging I just finished. It is from the October/November 2011 "The Quilter Magazine" page 60. The fabrics are from Red Rooster Haunted Hollow II collection. I found them at Colonial Crafts online.
My very dear friend did the stippling for me as I can't do it.
