Yes, you can make them using any sized circle. Remember that the finished yo you is approximately half the size of the circle you use. Leave enough fabric so that you can iron over to the back of your circle template just enough to make a seam allowance. Take straight stitches around the template edge or just at the underside of the edge leaving a long tail... being consistant. When you have gone around the circle leave enough thread so you can pull the start and ending threads together to form your yo yo.

That is labor intensive.

Using the Clover you you makers you have the template or size of circles to cut. Pop the fabric into the yo yo maker. Sew through the holes of the yo yo maker leaving long tails. Follow the directions ... popping the fabric out of the yo you maker and gather the thread ends to form your yo yo.

This is quick and easy.
