In the colored part of the log cabin I quilted in the ditch. In the white part where the "logs" didn't really show I quilted to echo the star shape. In the trees I also did angled lines. I like variety that brings out the pattern of the piecing.

now I'am not much on desiding how to quilt a log cabin quilt, I have one top that is ready to quilt and I don't know how I want it quilted. I have got some good ideas here.
