See the blue line under Priority for OTHER OPTIONS.
Click it.
And now you have the Parcel Post and Media Mail options.
You can't, however, purchase these options online.

If you selected a USPS Priority box for your packaging on the previous page, then, yeah, that's all you're going to get.

If you want to purchase all your postage online, regardless of class, then you need to go to:
http://www.paypal.com/shipnow
It will also calculate the postage for you.
Please note that page is ONLY accessible via that link so bookmark it.
You can't get to it any other way or from within PayPal itself.
