Passed on a $7.50 PVC pipe 'quilting frame' at Salvation Army today. All the pipe pieces, elbows, etc in a large box - no directions.
How would it be used? Is it just for hand-quilting or tying? Can it be set up somehow for machine quilting w/ my Singer, Babylock or old Kenmore? Does it require a special table or machine?
Thanks for any info you can share - may return to see if it is still there if someone tells me how I could use it.
