"To KIll a Mockingbird" was/is a great book, also "Where The Red Fern Grows." They are both very easy reads to be sure but they both have left me in tears, even after rereading for the umphteenth time.
"The Help" was very good as well.
I've read "To Kill a Mockingbird" several times and I'm currently reading it again! This is my favorite book of all time! I also read "The Help" and really enjoyed it, as well. Thanks for your suggestions.
