my son and I cut some one time... we cut it like u do glass... masking tape to both sides of the plexiglass, then we etched it with a glass cutter and then snapped it on the edge of a table.... very difficult thenw e used the dremel to smooth the edges...
We also tried cutting it with a circular saw... we taped both sides with masking tape... u have to work fairly quickly tho..or the blade gets so hot it wants to melt the plastic.
