OK, does anyone know what a Multimedia Optical Drive is? I have that and an expansion bay which doesn't open. I dont' want to put disks in to see things on my computer. I would like to put a disk in to read a manual. like on the new telephone we got and can't get a dial tone on again.sigh. computer stores don't always do what you want.
anyway, the last time i tried to backup my computer i almost never got my disk out. had to shut down the computer to get it to open.
I hate to drive over to the store again but suppose i must. I need to back up and to be able to read disks.
