I thought the same thing. No evaporation either!
This is the first thing I thought of...it would surely have evaporated in at least 6 months if not sooner. Having cleaned up many coke dispenser trays, I know it hardens and dries up and is a pain to clean up. I agree wih everyone else, moderation in everything.
