My experience with the 4PP is that a focus fabric that has a distinct motif, whether floral or geometric, and a good amount of background, so those motifs stand out, gives the best effect. I think the floral you have chosen doesn't have enough background. I always check the potential of a fabric by using mirros set at a 90 degree angle. Give it a try!
